    鑄鋼分廠現(xiàn)有20噸電弧爐2臺(tái)、40噸鋼包精煉爐一臺(tái)、25噸AOD精煉爐一臺(tái)、5噸電弧爐（改型）2臺(tái)、 2.5噸中頻爐2臺(tái)，年生產(chǎn)各種合金件和碳鋼鑄件12000噸�？缮�產(chǎn)最大毛坯單重120噸鑄件。有理化檢測(cè)室，直讀光譜儀、有超聲波探傷儀、磁粉探傷儀，并有專職技術(shù)人員負(fù)責(zé)檢測(cè)工作。
    鍛造分廠現(xiàn)有3噸空氣錘1臺(tái)、1噸空氣錘1臺(tái)和3噸機(jī)械手一臺(tái),年產(chǎn)量2000噸，可鍛制3噸以內(nèi)鍛件。
    機(jī)加分廠現(xiàn)有規(guī)格為1.6米、2.5米、3米、4米、5米（雙柱數(shù)控）、6.3米、8米（雙柱數(shù)控）立式車床共14臺(tái)，兩臺(tái)大型龍門銑床，兩臺(tái)大型卷板機(jī)，Φ200數(shù)控鏜銑床、Φ160數(shù)顯落地鏜床共5臺(tái)、3米、6米滾齒機(jī)共4臺(tái)及其它車床百余臺(tái)�？杉庸ぶ睆�8米以內(nèi)，重量100噸以下機(jī)械配件。
